Justin has been an amazing help by finding my forever home for me and my family. Even after buying my first house and weeks after he still continues to help me to figure everything out especially since we are new to the city. Justin is your man to go when buying a new house. Justin breaks every paper down so there is absolutely nothing hidden. He really makes sure you are set and makes you his friend. Justin was such a gift for us in finding our new home. He was so gracious and patient in helping us determine what we were actually looking for. Then we needed to close in 3 weeks to secure the home and he went over and beyond to help us make that happen! Couldn’t recommend Justin enough!! ????

Exceptional! We have been planning a move to the Redding area for many years; but honestly, didn’t know where to start. Had met with a couple of other Realtors but were not impressed. Justin impressed us immediately. After giving him a rough idea of what we were looking for, he put together a list of properties for sale and we went through and starred the ones that were of interest. He quickly zoned in on the features that were important to us. He was respectful of the homes that he was showing to us and in his communications with other Realtors. He is very sharp and really fought hard for us to get the best deal possible. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and real estate market. Let him do his job, he does it well. I am an attorney; Justin’s negotiation skills are better than any attorney. He made sure that we made a knowing decision, including arranging and meeting various inspectors and obtaining estimates. It’s been many years since we purchased a new home and he flawlessly guided us through every step. He has given us so much personal attention that we felt like we were his only clients, even though we know that he was helping other clients. Justin is extremely responsive; and even more importantly, is honest and trustworthy. What has been even more impressive, is that his service didn’t stop when escrow closed. He has helped us to integrate into the community, connecting us with professionals and services that have proven to be reliable, experienced, and trustworthy. He has been such an incredible resource and support system. Justin and his family welcomed us to the area, and we feel like we have made life-long friends.
