Mike recently helped us sell my mother-in-law's house, then just a few months later helped sell our Dad's condo. In both instances, Mike was well prepared to help us sell both these properties. He knew the market prices, helped us with the listing price, got us over asking on the house within 1 day of listing and slightly under asking on the condo, but it sold within one week. He made the process both times seem effortless for us. He knew which offers were the ones to really focus on and he handled it all very professionally. The best part of working with Mike is knowing he is an honest, straight-forward man, trying to do the best he can (sounds like a song I remember), for his clients. As you can tell by my star ratings, I would always recommend Mike to my family and friends as a realtor they can count on and trust.

Kayla was OUTSTANDING! She helped us with the buying process and answered every question. She was always available, either via text or a phone. He was extremely helpful and patient, walking me through every step of the process as a first-time homebuyer. He even provided tips and guidance for the future in case things didn’t work out this time. Although I wasn’t able to move forward due to medical reasons, I truly appreciate all the support, advice, and knowledge he shared with me throughout the process
