What can I say about June that has not been written. June has been my eyes and ears when buying our house. We are up north and everything has been done by June. No surprises ,no hassle, no Questions and always answers my call at 11:00 at night. June went to all the properties and made movies for us. She has been overlooking all the repairs and offers ideas with the updating of the house. If it was not for June we would have given up on our home in Florida. She has made it happen. This won't be my last house I buy or sell. June will be handling all of our future real estate. Thanks June . Jim And Kathy Potts

June goes way above and beyond what people expect from realtors. I've bought and sold 7 homes, in 2 states, and June is by far, the best I've dealt with. June treats everyone as if they were her own family, looking out for what's best for them, without considering her stake in the sale. She's over the top honest, and always gives you the "hard facts" and sugar coats nothing. You cannot go wrong whether buying or selling, when you work with June.

June is very knowledgable and she is the nicest lady. I am from Michigan and purchased a home in florida and she helped me with opening doors and meeting my contracters at the house to let them in to do the work and check on the house. She went above the call of duty. I actually referred her to our friends.

I recently purchased a condo with June as my agent. Unfortunately, the condo was owned by Fannie May. One minute they were demanding we close earlier, the next they weren't ready, nothing was getting done. June went to bat for us and with a great deal of effort managed to get the sale completed. She even negotiated a $4,000 reduction in the price due to the delays!<br/><br/>June is the best and we are very grateful for her hard work! She even brought us flowers when we first took possession of the home! Harold Welch
