Darren Dowling with Beyond Realty has been wonderful to work with. He was attentive and intuitive to what we were looking for in a new location and type of housing. We are from out of state and Darren's expertise and guidance was just what we needed. He showed us all that Wellen Park has to offer in such a wonderful area-Venice! Our new villa is perfect for our next home with everything we could ask for within a golf cart's drive: dining, shopping, wonderful amenities, continual social activities, Spring Training facility. And the beach is a short drive away. Darren went above and "Beyond Realty" to make sure all of our questions were answered and needs were met! My wife and I have purchase many properties but had no idea what is involved in buying a florida condo. Darren was there at every step simplifying the overwhelming complicated process.
