My husband and I loved working with Julie through the buying process! She had multiple phone calls to go over the ins and out of everything with us when we had questions, she answered all of our texts/ emails super fast and clearly has tons of knowledge and experience of how the industry works. Julie took a bad situation and salvaged it for us! Our house had already been on the market for over 6 months and had minimal to non-existent interest from buyers at that point. We were on the literal last day of our house being on the market and she was able to pull through and find a buyer! She was able to guide us through the steps needed to make the sale and gave realistic answers along the way! She was extremely professional and knew when to be direct. She was able to negotiate non-favorable conditions out of the sale for us, which absolutely saved us financially! I absolutely would recommend Julie Bridges and her amazing team to anyone looking to sell their homes in the Lawton / Fort Sill area! 10 / 10
