My husband and I were on a short time frame before we had to move out of our rental house, we were first time buyers and we were utilizing the VA loan. Boy were we clueless and Carla was there to help from the complex questions to the simple mundane questions. She is so sweet and honest. Carla not only asks you very detailed questions about what you are looking for in your new home but she gives you the time and websites to do your own research too. She is very patient with questions and while you are looking at homes. She is knowledgeable in everything home buyers and VA loan appliers need to know.
