Julie worked with us over a several year period. She and her partner, Lisa Nocella, always made themselves available whenever we were in Phoenix visiting and looking for homes. Though our search stretched over a few years we were never treated like we didn't matter. Once we found the home we wanted to buy, our negotiations and purchase were easy and stress-free because of successful negotiation strategies and the excellent communication and responsiveness. I would never hesitate to recommend her (or Lisa).

My husband & I were considering a move to the Phoenix area. Although we had not made any firm decisions to move, Julie helped us immediately with information on the area, ideas for areas to consider and much more. Once we finalized what we wanted in a home, Julie worked with us while we were in Cincinnati to look at homes via the Internet to narrow our choices. Once we found the perfect home, she worked through all details to finalize the deal. We are now in our new home and are very happy with it. Thank you, Julie, for your personal and professional help.

It's impossible to convey the level of the real estate market, time, and attention that Julie gave us on our home search. We relocated from Texas and spent several trips to Phoenix with her searching the market. When our home sold within three hours, we were in a mad rush to find a new home. When that home purchase fell through, Julie was on top of everything, knowing our rushed schedule. She took friends to look at a home for us and helped us negotiate a great price. We know, without a shadow of a doubt, that we would have been "homeless" if not for Julie's amazing knowledge, support, and confidence. She was helpful on so many levels we're not sure what we would have done without her. If you're looking for an agent that truly knows her stuff and cares about her clients, then you've got the right one. Not only was she our agent, we consider her our friend. Julie is a real pro! She doesn't waste any time getting out there and making it happen. From the time her for sale sign was in our front yard to handing over the keys to the new owners was 45 days. Excellent work. Strong negotiaton skills. Love it! I have two rentals that I am considering selling and Julie will also be there for us again. Randy and Devon C

Julie was fantastic from start to end. She is very well established within the real estate industry and seems to have a contact for every possible need. Those contacts gave us the confidence that we could take on a project house, our diamond in the rough. Her experience and knowledge kept her cool when things nearly derailed with the lender on a bank owned property. I loved that she was very responsive to emails and text messages. I always felt she was available and is a genuinely great person. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a buyer's agent. (Of course, I hear she also makes a fabulous seller's agent too!! She knows what will make a house sell!)
