What could have been an overwhelming and complicated purchase ended in the best possible outcome for me thanks to her relentless dedication. On top of that, Judy is well connected and introduced me to high-quality vendors (contractors, lenders, insurance, etc.) who made the entire process seamless.

So thankful for Judy helping us buy our first home! My wife and I were relocating to the St Pete area and she is the first realtor I called and I’m so glad I did! She picked up right away and I immediately knew we found the right person from the beginning of our conversation. I called her on a Monday and by Thursday we already have a day packed full of seeing houses! I was so glad she was able to fit us in so quickly because we had a narrow amount of time in our schedules to come to the area and see houses. From there she was very available every step of the way to help us figure things out and negotiate with the buyer. She also gave us a lot of advice from her experience. One other thing that was totally on point was her recommendations and referrals. She always had the best insurance agent and best vendors on her contact list- whenever I’d do my own research, her vendors always came out with better rates and services.
