Judy came highly recommended and we could see why right off the bat. We're so grateful we were able to work with her to buy our first home! Judy's expertise and knowledge were so beneficial to us during what can be a stressful and intimidating experience for first-time home buyers. I loved that we could trust her to negotiate on our behalf- she truly wanted the best for us and to see us with all that we needed in our first home. Our questions were always welcome and her instructive feedback was crucial to us during this process. She helped us from start to finish and we look back on what can be a headache to so many and laugh because it was a joyful experience! We are so happy with our home and feel confident to move forward into our future.

Judy was exceptional in the purchase of our condo from start to finish . Judy is friendly , professional and very responsive to your needs. Our purchase was very complex and Judy was able to handle it on very level. Judy communicates and advocates well with her clients . Negotiation on her behalf of her clients excellent . We will always contact Judy for future real estate purchases and recommend her wholeheartedly.

Judy did an outstanding job assisting us through the buying process. Her knowledge of the St. Petersburg area was evident in the guidance and direction that she provided to us on the various communities. While I was out of town throughout the entire process and Judy was working directly with my son on viewing properties in the area, Judy ensured that I was kept informed and was always available to answer any questions that I had. My son was also new to the Real Estate Buying Process and as such, Judy took the time to share knowledge with him which was greatly appreciated. Her negotiation skills were also greatly appreciated as when the Seller began regressing on items noted in the Listing, Judy indicated that we should continue to negotiate and hold the Seller accountable which ended up being favorable to us. I would certainly recommend Judy as her diligence, work ethic and knowledge is commendable coupled with the trust that she exhibits throughout the Process that resulted in us feeling very comfortable in working with her and that our interest and success in purchasing a property that would meet our needs was her utmost priority.

It was a pleasure working with Judy! With the rapidly growing profession, we wanted to make sure we found someone who has many years of experience who is very familiar with the Tampa/ St Pete area. Judy was easy to communicate with, helped us negotiate appropriately for our house, and made the process very easy over all! She is very nice, professional, passionate, and reliable!
