Judi worked with us for a year to finally help us find the house we both wanted. a timing crunch caused us to lease a house when our house sold in Florida. Judi worked with us through this whole process. we relocated from out of state, so it was important that we connected with someone who knew the whole market and best areas to live in. Judi took the time to understand what was important to us and show us the neighborhoods and the potential houses that interested us. I have worked with realtors before that were interested in directing you to what benefited them the most. it was very refreshing that Judi had our interest at the fore front of finding a new home. Judi was very knowledgeable with the local values of homes and helped us negotiate a buy price that we felt was very fair to both parties involved.
