If you are serious about buying a home than you need to contact Daniel Houck . Daniel assisted me in buying my home . I contacted Daniel November 2 , 2021 we started looking at homes the next day . I fought my home November 4th , I closed on my home December 8th 2021. Daniel made my experience of buying a home a breeze stress free . I highly recommend Daniel. Daniel is a professional, patient, friendly, he will keep you informed , he does the leg work to get you into your home . I was Blessed to have Daniel as my Real Estate Agent .

Daniel was tireless and patient in his efforts with or purchase, especially since we were from out of state and much of our communication was over the phone, email or text. When we couldn't look at homes in person he showed them to us via video/zoom. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and thorough. He even went the extra mile and helped when our selling agent was getting behind. I highly recommend Daniel and his team.
