JP and Sarah are great listeners and have an insider's understanding of the Glen Ellyn and Wheaton sub-market. They are open and honest and won't push you into something you don't want or don't need. I will continue to bring business their way, and recommend them to friends and family.

My son in law and I were looking for a home to buy and renovate. We were introduced to JP and Sarah and gave them the specs of what we were looing for. In very short order we were looking at homes that were exactly what we asked for. We found a home on the very first day and JP and Sarah orchestrated a quick close/cash deal that was fair and beneficial for both parties but their involvement didn't end at close. Based on their experience and sincere desire for us to succeed on our first flip, JP and Sarah offered great advice and challenged us on choices we were making to ensure the property would be attractive and warm to potential buyers. I would highly recommend JP and Sarah. They are a great team and incredibly easy to work with. I feel lucky to have met them.

Being a young couple and looking for our first home, my fiancé (at the time in 2017) and I had several questions. Prior to selecting JP and Sarah as our team to find our dream house, we searched endlessly trying to find approachable houses on the crazy market. A close friend of ours recommended JP and Sarah to us based on her experiences and this was the best decision we could have made. We started back in November of 2016 with a kick-off meeting that was everything any new house hunter could ask for. JP and Sarah both answered all our questions with the comfort that their experiences will guide us to what we are looking for. After the initial face-to-face, which left us excited and pumped to get searching, we waited until February to begin our search. As soon as the green light was given, JP and Sarah were on the run! We’d receive multiple emails a day with several houses to review that met the major criteria we spoke to them about in November. When it came time to schedule a walkthrough, JP and Sarah were very flexible and able to work with us around our crazy work schedules and wedding planning. We fell in love countless times with several houses, and in the difficult times when our pursuit was outmatched or unable to be met, JP and Sarah were there with great support and never faltering confidence that the right house was out there. After 6 bids, 2 contracts and many walkthroughs later, we had found the perfect house that met everything we asked for! Words could not describe how appreciative my fiancé and I are for JP and Sarah’s dedication to get us home, their years of experience and knowledge along with phenomenal personalities. I have told our story to all of our family and friends about the persistent couple that helped us find our dream home, and recommend JP and Sarah to anyone interested in looking for their first home or third home, young and old couples alike.
