We had been looking at houses with another realtor and ended up giving up. My sister recommended John and it was the best decision we made! As first time homebuyers we didn't really know anything going into this process, but I really appreciated John's openness to questions and his recommendations. John was excellent helping us buy our first home and was with us through every step of the way. We were living in a different state at the time so he helped us look at places, found properties that matched what we were looking for and was very responsive and energetic. He is very knowledgeable about the area we were looking and recommended some locations that suited our needs in terms of proximity to our work location. He was with us every step of the way and since this was our first home buying experience guided us through the whole process. Highly recommend working with John for anyone looking into the western suburbs of Chicago.
