My fiancé and I met Susan by chance. We were looking to purchase a new home, and Zillow sent her out to help us view a home. Upon meeting Susan, my fiancé and I immediately felt comfortable with her. She is down to earth, enthusiastic, and extremely knowledgeable. After a fun (although disappointing- the house was awful) walk through of that first home we knew that Susan was the realtor for us. Susan did not disappoint. She was/is always available to answer questions, view homes, and was able to advise us on any issues that arose during the process. Susan took the time to get to know us, what we were looking for, and made sure to keep our needs/ wants in mind when viewing homes. Once we made an offer, Susan was able to show us what a true professional she is. The sellers were not easy to work with and she went to bat for us multiple times to ensure that we received a fair price and deal for our home. My fiancé and I moved into our new home a little over a month ago and could not be happier. We miss not seeing Susan regularly, but she still checks in sometimes to ensure all is well. My fiancé and I are grateful that we found Susan and I plan to use her in the near future to sell a home.

Working with Susan continues to be excellent. Susan found a new construction home for me. Susan will be selling my current home after i moved to my new home. Susan very professional and gets matters done quickly. I highly recommend Susan be your agent.

Susan did an outstanding job helping us with the purchase of our home. She was friendly and personable and full of good humor. We had to bring our very young children with us to view a few homes before making our decision and she was understanding and had interacted with my children in a way that made the home viewing process fun for them. She was always accommodating with our schedule and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Susan is a wonderful realtor. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, choose Susan, you won’t be disappointed!

I cannot recommend Susan Vallejo enough! She is simply amazing and highly knowledgeable! We were in the area trying to look at model homes in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and everything was by appointment only. It was difficult to get an appointment or even get a realtor to answer the phone so we could set something up. A friend of mine who recently listed and purchased a home with Susan’s help recommended her to us and she responded immediately. Within less than two hours time Susan met us at a home builder and we were looking at homes! We didn’t find our dream home that day, but Susan didn’t give up and neither did we. We were back at it the next weekend from early to late both Saturday and Sunday, looking at new and existing homes in several neighborhoods, and Susan gave us her undivided attention. Susan was so kind and patient and really took the time to help us weigh the pros and cons of each home, with absolutely no pressure or rush whatsoever and was very knowledgeable about the area and neighborhoods. Just when she probably thought her work with us was done and we left a deposit for a new home build, I asked to look at another home and Susan didn’t hesitate. She didn’t even bat an eye when later we completely changed our minds and wanted to make an offer on a completely different home that we saw earlier in the day when we got home that night. AND I had an written offer to review before I went to bed. Susan strategized our offer and helped negotiate closing costs to be covered and a quick close for us. She was even able to refer is to a wonderful Loan Broker in her office who was quick and responsive when our Loan Broker was not. She didn’t stop there, she was in constant communication throughout the entire process and responded lightning fast whenever I would call or text and was able to refer us to a great flooring company to replace carpet before we move in. Thanks to Susan and her team we closed before 30 days and had keys in hand within the timeframe we needed. On key day Susan met us at the house and really went above and beyond anything I could ever expect when the sellers did not leave the house in a condition satisfactory to her. In fact, Susan went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process and we really enjoyed working with her. I cannot begin to express how appreciative we are to Susan and her team as we get settled into our new River Islands home and neighborhood! Thank you Susan!
