This is our 3rd time using Joseph Kipping for a home sale/purchase. So, obviously we think him and his wife are great to work with. Things always seem to come up and they are quick to help us understand our options and navigate any changes. The communication is stellar and really eased my mind through the process. Communication, honesty, integrity and of course knowledge are of utmost importance to us. If they are to you too, then give them a call!!!!

David Ferrara was a AWESOME realtor he never let me down or gave up on me I live in Ohio and was looking for a winter home which is a difficult task because homes go so quickly and being a long distance sale is very difficult it took us a little over a year but David was very faithful to us and kept on striving for our success he was always looking out for us and going the extra mile.
