I went to Joe because he is located right in the area I was looking to buy a home in, so he could answer all my questions. Not surprisingly, I found a wonderful home in just a few days! He made sure everything went along in a timely manner so we were able to close quickly!

Joe did a magnificent, professional job. I had to live in Florida and could not be here to personally oversee the daily tasks. I had interviewed several realtors. When I spoke to him, his sincerity was quit evident. He was very much interested in taking the correct and ethical path. Joe informed me of a good selling price, which was right on the money. We did not use a lawyer. Joe took care of all necessary details. He kept me informed every step of the way. Because of Joe's knowledge and expertise, I saved money while making a fair deal for both the buyer & the seller. Joe told me how long it would take to sell the house and at what price. Joe has a crystal ball in his back pocket. If you are ethical & looking for a hard working realtor, HONEST, as well as professional & not just interested in commission, Joe is your man. Good luck.
