Had a Great experience with Joe as my realtor. Sold a 5 unit with him and bought a Two unit also. Looked at many property's with him. Returned calls and Set up appointments fast. Everything went smooth and got a great property in a great neighborhood. David R Fronczak

I met Joe David in early 2005 when I was just thinking of selling the family home. I didn’t make the move until late in 2006. It was through his commitment and diligence over that long period that when the time was right, he quickly sold my home and found the perfect condo for my specific needs. He earned my loyalty and trust through his ability to understand my needs and his expert understanding and knowledge of the home buying/selling process and market. I recommend Joe to everyone I know. He is a true professional and my entire extended family would only work with Joe and his team, period!

Jo David was very helpful in my search for the perfect home. He made and kept appointments, picking me up and driving me to see many homes in my price range for almost 5 months. During this time he introduced me to a group that helped me obtain a mortgage, and when I found the house I wanted, he negotiated the sale price. He gave me the name of a good man to inspect the new property when the time was right. He was there for me from start to finish, and then a few months later, he helped my son to find and buy his own property

Joe was amazing as a realtor for us, and for an older couple we recommended him too. They used Joe twice.and I know they were delighted with him, but they are not able to express how they feel about him at this time. Joe did some fantastic negotiating for us. We ended up with a great deal on our home. It is our first and last home. Joe knew we had a family and he also knew we didn't want to have to downsize when our four boys moved on with their lives. We've been in our home 19 years and we went from 6 to 2 people living here and this house is the perfect size for us. My sons had Joe as a realtor, and my niece and nephew. I will always recommend Joe for his great and friendly personality, and for his honesty. He is truly amazing!
