Joe was such a huge help in buying our first home! He walked us through every step and answered our many questions. He is patient and extremely knowledgeable. I always felt comfortable asking questions and trusted his opinion on engineering and mechanics. It was a huge help to have someone with his expertise working with us on such a huge decision.

Joe was a true professional and went above and beyond what we could have asked for as a realtor. We were looking to upsize in home and Joe laid out a clear plan for the selling and buying process. After performing a walkthrough of our home, he provided his recommendations for making our home market ready. His perspective helped us get the results we wanted on our home sale. He also helped us get the home that we wanted and are currently living in. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Joseph Cardinale! From day one, he went above and beyond, spending so much time with us, answering every question, and always responding to our texts and calls. He was super patient and never made us feel rushed, no matter how many houses we wanted to see. His background as an engineer was a huge bonus—he helped us spot structural issues that we never would have noticed on our own, steering us away from some costly mistakes. When it came time to make an offer, his strategy was on point, making sure we were competitive without overpaying. We can’t recommend him enough!

Lucas was amazing! From start to finish.. very attentive, easy to contact & went Above and beyond to ensure our needs were met when we ran into a few obstacles.
