Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a 'closer' that just gets the job done. Highly communicative, and very polite. I never felt pressured. It was like working with my father. He is so honest at first I thought I may have picked the wrong agent, but then I realized he was just being an open, honest, and genuine person to me, not a lazy annoyed agent looking to scam a buyer or seller out of money. Thank you, Scott Frahm for putting us in our dream home so effortlessly.

Dawn and the McCurdy team were amazing to work with. Dawn was very personable and demonstrated that she really cared about our goals and needs. She was very professional and gave very useful advice to make minimal changes to the home to facilitate a quick sale! Dawn offered a wide range of referrals to accommodate our needs from expert photographers, real estate attorneys, painters, garbage removal,etc and all at affordable prices. We were impressed with Dawn’s knowledge and skill. This led to a quick sale and accepted an offer within the first 2 hours on the market and well above asking price!! I would recommend her to anyone seeking to sell or buy a home!

I wish I could give more than five stars. I can honestly say Dawn is the reason my wife and I were able to find the perfect house for our needs. She knows everybody. She’ll tell you what you need to hear rather than what you want to hear and, I have to say, works 24/7 to make sure you have the house for you. I’ve told everyone about her. If you’re looking for a realtor, who will put herself in your shoes and go through the crazy roller coaster process of house-hunting with you, then Dawn is the realtor you should pick. I would do an ad for her if she asked.

Dawn treated the selling of our house as if it was a house belonging to one of her family members. Dawn and her team were always responsive to my questions and assisted in any way I needed.
