Nick did an amazing job at both selling my first home and finding my family our new dream home! Nick was always available to answer any questions and was always knowledgeable about the entire process. When it got difficult to deal with sellers and buyers; Nick was always there to go that extra mile for us and took a lot of stress off of our plates. We met Dawn 30 years ago when we decided to have a home built. She was representing the builder. We asked her to list the townhome we owned at the time. She did, and because we were just starting out and money was tight she waived her commission on that sale because she was already receiving a commission from the builder. We were amazed and ever so grateful! So, 30 years later, we decided it was time to downsize. We wouldn’t have considered any other realtor. McCurdy Real Estate Group and agent Nick Maio assisted in our search for a new home but unfortunately what we were looking for in a new home just was not out there. So we decided to build new again. During the building process, there were many snags and hold ups. Dawn herself spent many an hour making calls on our behalf, following up on the outcomes, dealing with the builder’s project coordinator, talking with lawyers, etc. We couldn’t have done it without her and the staff. She knows exactly how to smooth the way during the building process. And in the meanwhile, our existing home was sold in 10 days due to her contacts in the industry. Dawn and her group are worth every penny of the commission. We highly recommend McCurdy Real Estate Group!
