Mid 2022 ... I needed to sell my condo and met Edmy after checking out a few other local realtors. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. On the cusp of looming changes that were about to effect the market, Edmy's keen advice and confidence won me over, therefore chosing him & Exit Realty All Stars to assist me with the sale was an easy choice. A consistent schedule of showings enacted and I was constantly updated. Edmy went above & beyond on a few occasions, adapting quickly and concisely in handling some unexpected obstacles or issues. Despite the falling market, ultimately we were able to sell my condo for a strong price that, early on, Edmy felt confident would hold true. And, he was right. Overall, I was absolutely satisfied in my experience with Edmy and the ERAS team. I give Edmy the highest of recommendations to anyone in need of a realty agent.
