Angela went above and beyond . As first time sellers, we were clueless. She was extremely thorough every step of the way. She fully made sure we understood each part of the process on the selling and buying end. She also connected us with an amazing lawyer and mortgage company who were so patient with us. To top it off... Angela helped us stage our home to perfection helping us to get 5 offers all over asking price after 2 days on the market . She then worked her magic to help us find our dream home .. which we did not even imagine was in our price range ! We even beat out a CASH offer! This woman makes miracles happen! If you are selling or buying .. you need her. It’s simple.

When I was looking for a real estate agent I was fortunate to find John. He was quick to respond and set up a time to meet me and discuss my needs as I was looking to hold off putting my house on the market for a few months so that I could make some improvements. He made some great suggestions, and when I ready he was back to go through the house again and give me a better starting asking price then previously when we spoke. Thanks to John my house sold in 4 days and I got full asking price.

John has been nothing short of AMAZING! We used his services and experience to both buy and sell. He goes out of his way every time to help his clients meet their needs and really keeps their criteria into consideration. He helped us and guided on various occasions and really takes time to explain the process and things to you that you may not always know of. We received offers after our first few shows and he really made the process super easy from there on. John is so personable, at the top of his game, extremely approachable and always comes to you with solutions. He is also very thorough, knowledgeable about the local area, amenities, schools, local businesses, and contractors. If you're looking realtor whisperer/ guide–John is your person! We are extremely satisfied with our choice to use John Savignano as our realtor to sell the house we have owned for 23 years. He actually helped us purchase this same house 23 yrs ago. We have not seen him during those 23 years but he kept sending us post cards of the properties he had been listing which kept him front and center in our minds when it came time to choose a realtor. John was always on top of the process, very thorough, knowledgeable and had a very calming effect throughout the entire process. He was very helpful guiding us through the process from beginning to end. We received an offer after the first showing which we accepted and it was easy peasy from there on out! Thanks John.

We contacted Angela in a last minute mad dash to place a bid after falling in love unexpectedly at an open house. She was able to point us in the right direction to get a pre-approval letter within a day in order to place a bid for us. She quickly outlined the process and responded promptly to every question. She recommended a fantastic home inspector who unfortunately found the condo we wanted to be in too bad a shape to purchase. After that heartbreaking let down, Angela hit the ground running and spent almost every weekend going to open houses and showings with us all while teaching us about what we should be looking for and wary of in a new home. Angela stayed with us month after month, often taking the whole day to squeeze in as many showings as possible. When the market picked up again after the holidays, Angela expertly guided us through bidding war after bidding war. When we finally had a bid accepted on the house we fell in love with, the sellers were not easy to work with, often changing timelines and delaying things as much as possible. Angela worked with their realtor and our lawyer and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Even when there were complications during our final walk-through/ move-in day Angela kept her calm, helped keep us calm, and made the whole thing smooth and easy. Buying our first home was a long process, but not nearly as long or as stressful as it could have been without having Angela by our side. Her skills and knowledge in the field made us feel secure in our decisions and helped us get a beautiful home within our budget.
