Alan was a joy to deal with, the sale of my home went quickly and very easy on me. I highly recommend Alan and his crew! My home sold higher than the asking price. Alan went above and beyond and actually brought a boat and did a video on the lake! OMG I never had such service and dedication! Again , Thank you Alan

If it is an understatement to say that the home buying process is complicated, I wouldn’t even know what to say about the process during a global pandemic. Fortunately, my family had Alan on our side, which took much of the difficulty and frustration out of the equation. Alan was attentive an hardworking for us, while maintaining a very relaxed and professional attitude to keep us from panic! Besides his great demeanor and knowledge of the wide location of which we were looking, Alan is very resourceful and had great insight into the homes that we looked at, and strategies for making competitive offers. In one instance where we had an offer accepted, but ran into some difficulties with a negotiation, Alan helped us every step of the way, including providing us additional invaluable resources to aid us in the process. It didn’t just feel like he was in it for the payday at the end, he really stuck by us until we found the perfect home (and believe me, we weren’t the easiest clients). I am certain that we will be clients, and now friends of Alan’s for life, and we cannot recommend him highly enough.

Alan made a new and scary process very exciting and enjoyable. Alan provided in-depth descriptions of the home buying process which was perfect for new home buyers like us. Alan helped us find a beautiful home with almost everything we put on our check list without breaking the bank! The entire experience seemed easy and straightforward thanks to all the diligent work done by Alan.

We worked (bugged) Alan for two years, and he stuck with us. Eventually helped us sell and buy at the same time. Even worked with us through the COVID-19. Cannot say enough good things about Alan and his crew.

We met Alan at an open house in Cumberland, RI as the selling agent. We were so impressed by his knowledge of the property and how he handled the open house, that we asked him to be our buying agent. Alan is a workhorse. He set up viewings for us as far as Saunderstown, RI and as nearby as Plainville, MA. One time he even brought his kids to an open house when his wife was out of town because it was the only day that worked for us. He has a local grasp on the Bristol and Middlesex market, but does his research for any property. Alan also gave us great feedback and guidance as first time buyers. If we looked at a property that he knew did not match what we told him we were looking for, he would call out certain aspects of the property but let us make the final determination on viability. He answered all my questions, and trust me I had a lot. If he was not driving, he answered every text and was available for late night calls if needed. We ended up buying our dream first home in Lincoln, RI and felt like we gained a lifetime friend versus an agent. I would highly recommend Alan for anyone in the housing market; especially first time buyers.
