John is a wonderful realtor to go with. As a first time home buyer, I was fascinated with the subtle things he pointed out that could very well become frustrations later, the solutions he came up with, prompt communication that is very important to me and all the effort he put into prepping me for the purchase. I was right to trust him. The whole process took less than 2 months from search to closing and it was so smooth that I didn't encounter a single problem. John is your man if you need to buy or sell. Couldn't get better than this!!

John was a great choice from start to finish with the sale of my home. He is knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He was able to walk me through the process and went above and beyond. We ran into some problems with the inspection issues. He was great at solving the issues. He gave me choices and helped me to follow through on those choices. He is in it for the entire process. John is always available to you for advice and support. The open house, the photos, and the marketing were all top-notch. We had a few offers within a week and we sat together and went through the possibilities together. He is a professional through and through. I am so happy that he was able to get me through the process of selling. His support was phenomenal.

We highly recommend John McCormack to guide you through your home sale or purchase. Having bought and sold many properties over the years we have encountered agents with less than optimal skills. Quite honestly most of them never met expectations due to what we would consider poor communication skills, lack of follow through and an overall lack of professionalism. John is not like other realtors. He is a strong communicator (written & verbal), responsive, and pays attention to details. Our sale was complicated by the fact that we were in New York during the pandemic (John in Florida) and the property part of an irrevocable trust. John handled all the details including coordinating the move and storage. We successfully closed despite many obstacles.
