Our experience was fantastic. John and Rebecca were amazing to work with and we will recommend them to everyone. They accommodated us and our daughter to make her first time home buying seamless. From the first time we met John at an open house we knew we wanted to work with him. Since we were 3 hours away and our daughter was 6 hours away he accommodated our need to do some virtual tours along with our in person tours. Professional, approachable, responsive, knowledgeable, flexible, dedicated, patient, and with a great sense of humor John made the process easy and stress free. This is the team you want on your side when you're looking to buy or sell a home.

As a first time home buyer, my wife and I were pretty nervous about finding a home and a good realtor. After getting in touch with John Logan, we INSTANTLY felt at ease about our journey to find our first house. John is an honest, down to earth guy that will stick his neck out for you. My favorite thing about working with John is that he works with you on your own timeline. I personally hate pushy salesman and feel rushed to make big decisions, so we were extremely happy to get a realtor who met us right where we were and was genuinely invested in making sure that we picked a house that was going to be good to us in the years to come. On top of being a great realtor, he has past experience is home construction so you can trust his judgement when it comes to the quality of the house. Last but not least, he served his country! I will be recommending him to anyone who's looking for a great realtor!

Rebecca is an amazing realtor. We haven’t had the best luck in the past with buying/selling homes but Rebecca was so patient and reassuring. As a military family, we were new to Maryland and had no idea where we wanted to live. She was willing to show us homes from one end of Maryland to the other, no questions asked. She is so quick to respond and set up showings for us around our schedule. If Rebecca was not available when we wanted to look at a home she would set us up with Erin to see it so we wouldn’t miss it. Shout out to Erin! We appreciate all your time too. While we were looking for the things we want in a home Rebecca was looking out for the little details that we need in a home. Rebecca’s knowledge of the VA loan process is invaluable. We are so thankful we found her and would not have found our new home without her.
