I interviewed 5 agents and decided to go with John. He was the only one that really seemed interested in the home. He looked over everything, suggesting things to take care of. He even went up into the attic to inspect the furnace and air conditioner. He helped me take care of some needed repairs and even repaired some items himself which I really appreciate. The overall sale went smoothly all the way to closing. There were some issues with the ShowingTime app when it was first listed and he called them and got everything taken care of immediately.

John did an outstanding job selling our home. He bent over backwards for us. He made repairs himself and even mowed the lawn as we had already moved out of town. He got us the amount we were asking for and sold the house very quickly. He always answered his phone and did a great job keeping us updated on potential buyers. I have and will recommend him highly for selling or buying a home.

John was extremely professional, considerate and very hard working with us in both buying a new home and selling our old home. He was extremely diligent in keeping us aware of everything involved in all aspects of both transactions. We could not have been better served in the whole process. He even continues to follow up with us almost 4 months after we have moved.

Mr. John was so pleasant to work with and he went way beyond my expectations. He priced my home well which kept a healthy traffic flow and I surprisingly had two people bidding on my home. I couldn’t believe it! I relocated to another state and was kind of in a pinch but he got it done quickly. He also helped me patch a few things up around my home to help with the sell. He’s great at what he does but he’s also an amazing person. Thank You so much!
