The Horton team is absolutely the best! First, from meeting Kristi Raben our agent, who absolutely went out of her way in searching for our forever home with quite the list of desired amenities, to Sarah Key the office manager and transactions coordinator, my family and I felt confident and cared for through the entire process of purchasing our home. Kristi was always searching for that right home for us for over a year and was available to ask questions, meet for showings and/or much needed guidance and advice 24/7. Sarah made the schedule and sometimes overwhelming process of reaching closing seem easy and exciting, not difficult and fearful. The Horton team was fantastic to work with. They made sure we understood every step of the way. With it being our first time buying a home they went above and beyond to make things as stress free as possible. They were fantastic with negotiations and assuring us every step of the way. If we are ever in the market again we would without a doubt work with the Horton team again!
