Joe was the best throughout the entire process of buying a home. Hes very knowledgeable, honest, and man of God. He went to bat for us when negotiating and walked us through the entire process. He will definatly be the realtor we recommend to everyone!!!! Go see Joe......you wont be disappointed!!!!!! His wife Tammy is fantastic as well!!!!!

Joe is an awesome guy. If you like a no nonsense tell it like it is straight shooter, then Joe is your guy. I personally was lucky enough to work with Joe on a couple of real estate deals in Tennessee and I appreciated the patience he displayed in earning my trust. I consider Joe a great guy and a friend now.

Joe has many years of experience and understands all of the nuances of real estate transactions very well. He was patient, and always available to us, never complaining about our weekend or spur of the moment requests to see homes. I have used Joe's services to buy investment property as well as our own home, and find that he listens well and only brings forward those properties that meet our checklist items. Lastly and maybe most importantly, Joe is an honest person upon whom I feel comfortable depending for expertise.

Joe was very personable and help us better understand the house buying process. He was always ready to answer calls when we had questions or concerns. In a complex process like buying a house, I believe Joe is someone you can trust to be honest and go to bat for you. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a house.
