Jocelyn is one of the very best realtors we have worked with over the years, buying and selling 8+ homes. Jocelyn was responsive to our every question and concern and to our tight time schedule to find 'the perfect home'. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was helpful in guiding us in the right direction. She was always available to show us properties and communicated to us on a daily basis. Since our purchase closed, I have relied on Jocelyn's recommendations for local services and tradespeople. Working with Jocelyn was a wonderful experience. She was always professional and handled situations as an expert. She took her time and showed many houses and was always supportive in making sure the house was the right fit for me. We made many offers on houses and she always helped in making sure I was informed throughout the process. I would recommend her to everyone, truly a fantastic realtor!

Jocelyn Denny was our real estate agent to sell our home and also to purchase a new one. She went above and beyond at every opportunity, and in our case, there were many occasions where Jocelyn excelled at her craft. When dealing with realtors and potential buyers, she was always extremely pleasant, but at the same time, stood her ground and was persistent when necessary – someone you always want to be fighting in your corner and representing you. She is also extremely sharp and detailed oriented. She is very well educated in the real estate business and when there is something she doesn’t know she immediately looks into it thoroughly to answer your question. Not only that, but we found that she has excellent instincts when we asked her advice on making difficult decisions – a character trait that is not always easy to learn. When looking for a home to buy, we had something very specific in mind and Jocelyn was always very patient and available as we looked at many properties in several towns, and she was always willing to ask the sellers’ realtor any questions that we had. We finally found something we liked and wanted to put our house on the market immediately. Jocelyn made it her priority to host an open house on both the Saturday and Sunday after the property was listed, despite it being the busiest time of year for real estate. She was juggling several clients but was always readily available and gave us the time we needed. She gave us tasteful advice about staging the house. She came by and took amazing pictures, framing each room in the best light. Then she hosted the open house with cookies and lemonade for the visitors. Within about a week we had 2 offers that were above the asking price on the home. Throughout the selling process, several issues came up that were beyond our control. She always worked in our best interest to expedite the sale on our behalf. We are truly grateful for having Jocelyn as our real estate agent. We would highly recommend her to anyone. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. Trust us when we say that you want this woman representing you!

Jocelyn is just amazing. My wife and I had a great home-selling experience working with her. Clearly I can't imagine any agent doing a better job. I found out selling a home can be very stressful... not with Jocelyn. She handled everything and sold our house in two days and closed in 30 days. She has a reputation of being hardworking, honest, respected and trusted in the industry. We found this to be a accurate. If you need a real-estate professional representative for your home and family,,,,,you would be well served with Jocelyn Denny.
