Jim. McQuade is a true professional! I had to purchase a home in Florida while living in Washington State. Jim sent me listings that met my parameters, he prepared the offer, went to the home inspection, referred a contractor, met contractors at the home to do bids, even did a final walk through with a tenant that was residing in the premises. He has gone above and beyond what you would expect. He has checked up on us since we moved in to see if there is anything else we need, even well past the closing of the deal. He truly provides great service.

Out of all the realtors we have worked with over many years, Jim McQuade has been the best ever to work with. Not just for a day, or a week, however, throughout our entire journey of selling our property ... he has been there for us! My experience with Jim McQuade was beyond AMAZING! Throughout the whole home-buying process Jim was very helpful, knowledgeable and on top of everything. Thanks to Jim's experience he was able to negotiate for me an amazing deal with credits at closing and save me a bunch of money up front.
