Jim was the one we chose after trying a couple others. He was very understanding of what we were looking to purchase, and went out of his way to help us identify the good things about the properties, as well as the things that might be a problem. Thankfully he is that way, since one place we looked at had several hidden, as well as unhidden issues. He was very patient with us, and saved us many hours of travel time by going to the properties we were looking at, and face timing the visit. By doing this, we were able to choose what properties we wanted to visit. The assistance did not stop after the purchase, Jim helped us with many situations that often arise after buying, not knowing the previous owner, and area, sometimes things need to be known, he made contact with the previous owners and got the answers for us. He helped us throughout the entire deal, and still continues to help us when we have a question to this day. Jim becomes more like a friend you can depend on, rather than disappearing after the sale is completed. We have dealt with many agents in the area our main residence is located, and I will say Jim out performs them hands down.

Goes out of his way to help you with everything involving your home search, purchase, and after purchase questions and needs. Excellent Agent. Went out of his way several times to help us with questions and other situations involving the home we purchased.
