Mario was amazing to work with! He was patient, understanding, answered any question we had and was very knowledgeable about the market, was quick to respond and make any necessary calls, and helpful in making competitive offers! We had such a wonderful time working with him, because he not only was professional, offered great advice, and found lots of great houses for us to see, but he also made this process fun and memorable! When the time comes again for us to find a new home, we know who we’ll be calling!! We are so thankful and cannot recommend Mario enough!

I have known Mario for a few years and he was my #1 choice when I was ready to start looking to buy a house. From the beginning, Mario was very professional and took the time to walk me through the entire process of buying a home since I was a first time homebuyer. From there, he provided me with a number of listings based on the parameters I provided him and we began the search. Mario always responded timely when I had questions about houses and helped to coordinate visits to many different properties within the metro Detroit area. As we walked through various houses, Mario pointed out items to look out for and envisioned renovations that could be made to the space which was helpful since I have not had to think like that before. Mario was available week nights and weekends until I finally submitted an offer on a house like that. Mario was also an excellent negotiator and talked me through different scenarios based on circumstances we were faced with while trying to close a deal. I appreciated Mario’s attention to detail and would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to buy a house in Michigan! He exceed my expectations and made the entire home buying process manageable and less stressful. Thank you for helping me become a first time homebuyer Mario!

Mario was an amazing agent for our family. He was patient, kind, thoughtful, and went out of his way on numerous occasions. He was great at communicating and was always very timely. Mario did an excellent job getting me my first house. He did an outstanding job explaining the process to a first time buyer and was patient when I asked questions. Everything was outlined including outlining the process, necessary steps, and financial options. He had excellent knowledge of the area and was thorough in explaining all the pro’s, con’s, and considerations at each house we looked at. Additionally he had very good recommendations for mortgage brokers, inspectors, and many resources you need when buying a home. He was able to beat multiple offers through negotiating with the seller which landed me a great first home that was quite popular. I can’t recommend him enough.
