Mario did an excellent job getting me my first house. He did an outstanding job explaining the process to a first time buyer and was patient when I asked questions. Everything was outlined including outlining the process, necessary steps, and financial options. He had excellent knowledge of the area and was thorough in explaining all the pro’s, con’s, and considerations at each house we looked at. Additionally he had very good recommendations for mortgage brokers, inspectors, and many resources you need when buying a home. He was able to beat multiple offers through negotiating with the seller which landed me a great first home that was quite popular. I can’t recommend him enough.

Mario has been absolutely fantastic to work with from day 1. He’s very personable, honest, timely, and transparent- as first time home buyers, Mario went above and beyond to give us recommendations for anything we needed and he took the time to answer our many many questions. The house we ended up getting was a perfect fit and one we didn’t even see ourselves. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for from the get-go and our new home was one that he found and sent to us via our group text. We ended up getting a beautiful, big Royal Oak house where we paid $30k less than it appraised at plus our offer was enticing enough that we even beat out a cash offer! This is unheard of considering what a seller’s market Royal Oak is. If you’re looking for an honest, hard working, reliable realtor who will get you a great house at an even better price, Mario’s your guy!

Mario helped my boyfriend and I buy our first home together and it was an amazing experience. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and more than willing to answer all of my questions as many times as I needed to ask them. It was very hard at first to find a good realtor, but once Mario came along, he helped us understand the homebuying process much better and had plenty of other resources to help us get started with our new home. Mario has been nothing short of amazing and I would highly recommend him for anyone whether you are a new homebuyer or not thank you so much Mario for everything that you’ve done for us and all the help that you’ve provided !!!
