Jill Warne was awesome to work with. She quickly got me in to view the home I had selected. I viewed the house, made an offer that was accepted, had an inspection, and a date was set for closing all within one week. Jill offered to get me the contact information for contractors to assist me with any home repairs that may be needed since I was new to the area. Jill made herself available for any question that I had any time of day. Do yourself a favor and select Jill Warne to assist you.

Jill is the best agent by far to work with in Grays Harbor. Every transaction we've done with her has been effortless for us and Jill works extremely hard to make the process go as smooth as possible. Multiple properties come to mind that would not have been purchased had it not been for her experience and diligence. I would highly recommend using Jill Warne.

Jill is very knowledgeable in her profession. One of the reasons I chose her over other realtors is because of her success and knowledge of the area market. She advised us of the best selling price for us, and negotiated with the first offer to make the sale. Jill has always been a friendly, positive person in general, and well respected in the community. It was a pleasure working with her.
