Kevin is just amazing. His whole team makes the home-buying experience so easy and special. Amber showed us many homes, always within a day of us asking to see them. Sometimes sooner! They were also so quick to respond to texts and made sure to answer any questions we had. Kevin's negotiating skills, extensive knowledge, and willingness to put in the work are what set him apart from all the rest! Will recommend to everyone!

I recently sold my home in the Bel Aire section of Aberdeen thanks to Kevin Spivey and his team. I have sold several homes over the years, and I had decided to find an agent that better suited my goals for the sale of this home. Kevin’s agency was highly recommended by several people. Upon the first meeting, I was impressed with his ability to listen to what I had hoped to gain from the experience and my goals for the sale of my beloved home. He was able to translate that into a strategy that we could both support. Kevin’s team quickly got to work with a thorough review of the home and how I could best make it more marketable. He gave me a “to-do” list that was easy to accomplish, quickly took incredible photos of the entire property, and created very nicely appointed virtual staging images for the listing. Further adding to the feel that this was a “partnership”, the team provided access to my listing where I could easily see when showings were scheduled, as well as the status of those viewings and feedback. Communication went back and forth easily via text and email. Kevin was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, provide information and support my decision. He built trust and never made it feel that he was advocating for his self-gain. He supported my goals and supported me with guidance on how to best reach them. I would recommend Kevin Spivey and his team for an incredible experience with a trusted agent who is knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and can drive activities for a short and successful selling experience

We mostly dealt with Megan who is absolutely the best. She handled a difficult neighbor very professionally and prevented her from engaging with us. We were impressed with her ability to remain calm during a rant that had nothing to do with any of us. When my loan fell through Kevin suggested a mortgage broker that got the job done and we got our dream home. The realtor does make a difference and I would always use Spivey. They know what they are doing and I have total trust in them. Great team.

The group was awesome. Megan showed us the house 3 times before we decided. She was very patient. The whole process went smoothly. Kevin responded quickly ever time we had questions or concerns. We had questions about a pump that was on property & Kevin got the details very fast. The house inspection went smoothly but did show a couple issues. Kevin helped us evaluate how to handle them.
