I was attempting to do a for sale by owner. Jhon was the first to call me after the posting and I answered the call thinking he was my first potential buyer. He told me that he was a realtor and offered to help. I listen to what he had to say and decided to give him a chance. My experience with Jhon was great. He got really close to the numbers I wanted.
