We have used Jessica for 3 real estate transactions in the last few years. When I think of Jessica, the words calm, wise, and knowledgable come to mind. I sold a house during a very stressful time in my life, and Jessica took care of all the details of getting the house ready (including a front yard that was an absolute mess). She quickly executed a whole new landscape plan; I did not have to think about a thing. I was very impressed by the photos and video advertising she did of the house. It sold very quickly and was a completely stress free experience, which was invaluable at that time in my life. We have also purchased 2 properties with Jessica. Through these experiences I found her to be a steady guide who knows pretty much everything there is to know about real estate transactions. Every realtor I have met in Santa Cruz knows and respects her. She has a plethora of trusted people at her disposal to make any transaction a smooth one. Jessica has a suggestion or referral for any kind of inspection or trade that you could ever think of. I plan on calling Jessica for our next real estate transaction, whenever that may be. She has been doing this a very long time, and I can't imagine I could find a more knowledgable realtor. With Jessica I know everything will be taken care of. She's fabulous. Oh and shout out to Krissy, Jessica's awesome assistant!!

Having not purchased a home in over 20 years, it was important to find an experienced realtor to guide me through the process. Thank goodness Jessica was my realtor! She listened and understood what I was looking for and when I found it, she guided me through a competitive bid process to ultimate success! Jessica's extensive experience was key for this very positive outcome. I can easily recommend Jessica to anyone seeking to purchase a home.

We purchased two properties with Jessica. Over the decades we have purchased and sold several properties. Jessica was definitely one of the most helpful agents that we have experienced. Would recommend Jessica to any prospective buyer or seller.

I met Jessica through a close friend/realtor from San Mateo. I currently live in El Dorado Hills. When I asked Jessica to list our condo in Santa Cruz, from start to finish, it was the easiest real estate transaction I have ever had. Even though I was unavailable due to not being local, she handled everything! Took care of all staging and any fixes needed without me present. Got me an offer within 3 days on a tough property to move. Plus over ask. I would suggest taking a chance on her! No doubt. Very very solid realtor....

There are not enough words to describe the wonderful experience I had working with Jessica to sell my family home! From listing to closing, her knowledge and passion for what she does shined through! She made the process so easy, I’m sad that I don’t have another home for her to sell- thank you again Jessica!
