I met Jessica through a close friend/realtor from San Mateo. I currently live in El Dorado Hills. When I asked Jessica to list our condo in Santa Cruz, from start to finish, it was the easiest real estate transaction I have ever had. Even though I was unavailable due to not being local, she handled everything! Took care of all staging and any fixes needed without me present. Got me an offer within 3 days on a tough property to move. Plus over ask. I would suggest taking a chance on her! No doubt. Very very solid realtor....

There are not enough words to describe the wonderful experience I had working with Jessica to sell my family home! From listing to closing, her knowledge and passion for what she does shined through! Jessica is absolutely the top. When my parents passed, and we needed to sell their place, Jessica went above and beyond at every turn to help us get it to market and through the escrow process. She communicates at every turn, offers valuable and realistic feedback, has excellent follow-through, and is just overall a very delightful person. I was entirely pleased with her service throughout the entire process. She knows the market well, and her experience and connections are a real plus.

Jessica is the best!! We give her the highest recommendation possible! We were new to the area and looking to buy a home, and Jessica was so knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us great insight and advice on local communities, commuting distances, etc. We can't thank her enough for helping us find the perfect home in a challenging market with few properties coming up for sale. She was patient and worked with us for over a year, while we looked in several communities (she knew them all very well) and bid on several homes. Ultimately, we give her all the credit for a successful closing on the ideal home we purchased earlier this year. She alerted us to the upcoming listing, worked around our schedules so we could see it and have a home inspection completed quickly, and helped us navigate the offer and closing process to a successful conclusion in just weeks.
