The cooling Bay Area housing market made this season feel like the right time to buy a home. Typically, I would have tried to work with a seller's agent to save on commission, but I was impressed after meeting Jessica at an open house. After a good discussion at the house and my home-buying goals, I felt confident in Jessica's ability to help me. I chose her as my realtor because of her willingness to listen to my concerns. Even though I didn't get that first house, Jessica made sure all of my questions were answered which led to a competitive offer. Throughout our house hunt, I valued Jessica’s willingness to take risks during the offer stage to ensure I got the best deal possible. Our offers were always highly competitive, often placing first or second. To other potential buyers, my advice is to trust your realtor and not be afraid to submit an offer that is below your initial gut feeling. Jessica has a great sense of what it takes to get an offer accepted.
