I will always highly recommend Jesse and Hallie Jaynes. They were knowledgable and supportive in sale of our longtime family home that I was emotionally attached to. Also, in the purchase of our new home that I am forever grateful to now own. All completed within 30 days. Additionally they are a wealth of information in getting decent contractors on board as needed.

Jesse and Hallie are fine people, but unfortunately my wife and my experience with them was very disappointing. From day one, unless we inquired about updates we received none. Their attention to detail was extremely lacking and cost us the ability to put in an offer on one home, then nearly cost us our loan on the eve of closing on the home we eventually purchased. We didn’t feel like they had our best interests at heart at times. As an example, we felt constantly like we were being advised to negotiate from a position of fear. Also, we were promised that our closing dates would be aligned, but in the end we had to rent 2 UHaul trucks for 3 days and stay in a hotel for 2 nights at huge personal expense due to their sloppiness and lack of follow-through. They never apologized, admitted to their mistake or offered to make things right in any way. It felt at times like real estate sales was not their primary concern or profession. We would not recommend them to anyone.

Being out of state at the time of the sale Jesse & Hallie Jaynes took charge of getting the house ready to sell. Did not take long, got asking price. I would highly recommend there service. Great job. Thank you Scott B

Hallie and Jesse were very patient with us when we were looking for our perfect home. They did a great job of always keeping us updated on the newest listings. The best part is the AMAZING house we ended up buying wasn't even on our list of houses to see that day. Hallie had just received the posting and suggested we go by...and it was the one. They are truly wonderful and I would highly recommend them for your housing needs:)
