Jenny Cureton is the best realtor we've worked with in Texas. As the seller's agent for our home in central Austin, she has been excellent every step of the way. Her acumen for every aspect of a real estate transaction—from pricing to staging to marketing and beyond—has been spot on. Jenny has been a fierce advocate for our interests, navigating a bidding war amidst 12 offers with integrity and ease. She was patient with us and our many questions too. I can tell she'd be an excellent buyer's agent as well. We now have an executed contract with an offer that has stunned us, even in this crazy seller's market. I can’t say enough about my experience with Cortney Walker. She literally made my life better. Courtney showed me multiple properties at a moments notice, which is absolutely imperative in such a competitive market. When we settled on a property she negotiated the price down and got additional items to convey - shattering my expectations. Whether your first home or your tenth, I’d recommend her fully for the greater austin area.

Cortney was truly five stars at all of these categories. Specifically, her responsiveness was immediate. She reacted instantly when there was a home I was interested in. Her skills negotiating a contract were imperative in winning my home. I am extremely satisfied with her services as my realtor.

When we decided to list our Austin home, we interviewed several Real Estate Agents from different Agencies who had received really great reviews. Jenny was actually the last Agent we interviewed and the Listing Price she suggested for our home was substantially higher than the other Agents had suggested. She was right on the money, because our house sold within a few weeks for the full asking price. She was very responsive to our communications as well as following up with the Buyer Agents after a Walk-through. Her photographer who provided the photos for the Listing did an amazing job on making our house look really good. We would highly recommend her services to others.
