Jenny Aubrey was our amazing Realtor. I noticed that while there were several homes for sale in our neighborhood, one of our close neighbors was working with Jenny—and she sold their house fast. I had success with For Sale by Owner in the past, but that was when I had more time available. Thankfully, we decided to meet and work with Jenny. In our first meeting, we discussed what we wanted from the sale. With the market being very dynamic, she stayed in constant contact, and we had an offer within a few weeks. In hindsight, that felt like only the beginning. She remained fully engaged throughout the entire negotiation process, helping us understand when to compromise and when to stand firm. Jenny helped us through some anxious times in getting our house sold in a timely manner. With moving out of state, we had an offer on a home, and she worked through some rough spots to get us in our new home in our time frame. She is very responsive to questions and even with having a young family, she was available when we needed her. Thank you, Jenny! You were great.

We have owned and sold four homes. Jenny Aubrey was our agent as we sold our last home. She is an outstanding real estate agent. She is by far the best agent we have used in buying and selling our homes. Jenny communicates well, is always checking to see if there is more she can do, takes care of all the details without error, and does an all-around splendid job. We cannot recommend her highly enough. If you select Jenny to be your agent you will be very pleased. We are.

There are no questions in our minds (my wife and me) about the absolute professionalism and knowledge that Jenny Aubrey brings to the front door...and, the table. From the very first meeting as a Seller's Agent, this Realtor knows EXACTLY how to find buyers and close a sale in record time. Granted, the market was perfect for us and the timing could not have been better. We did experience a few hiccups along the way that were NOT in any way associated with Jenny's ability and performance. In fact, when the hiccups took place, she was right there with us to provide the calming and reassuring guidance that helped us with EVERY aspect of our sale. My wife and I can't give props to Jenny at the level in which she deserves. We just wish that Jenny's clone could have been available in the area out-of-state where we moved. Thank you, Jenny, for EVERYTHING! To use an old adage, "When you look up Realtor in the dictionary, you will find Jenny's picture!"

Smart, organized, flexible, and knowledgeable. Jenny was fantastic to work with! She had great recommendations, tips, was willing to answer any questions, fought for us getting the house up to code, and had several recommendations for attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and repair service.
