I had some properties in Kansas City to sell & I picked Jennifer from the intenet because of her online reviews. I had no personal connection with her before-hand. Jennifer Smeltzer is by far & away the best selling agent I've dealt with. She understands the selling process way more than her competition that I've dealt with. For example, she provided me with a wide range of contractor recommendations who knew what they were doing & often gave me better prices that I could get myself. Even better, she went in to bat for me with her contractors on the few occasions where we were debating what should or shouldn't have been done on the job. I heatedly recommend her. She's a commensurate professional.
