From selling our previous home to purchasing our new home, we were in our new home in just 10 weeks! Jen served as our full service agent to sell our home and find/buy a beautiful new home for us. She was super attentive and responsive to our questions (and we had a LOT of questions), and came with recommendations for experts in our area at each step of the way. Jen went above and beyond with all parties involved. She scheduled all our inspections and appraisals for both homes, ensured our lender had the appropriate documents, simplified our lives by enabling us with electronic signatures for anything we needed, and made sure we were on track to close. For our new home search, Jen helped us identify our top priorities and sent over 20+ homes for our review online. Through her agent portal, we were able to peruse an additional 80 homes. Of course, the ones that Jen sent were our top choices. We selected 3 houses to see in-person in one afternoon (this made it super easy and efficient for us with our busy work schedules!) and we IMMEDIATELY fell in love with the second one that afternoon. Jen's professionalism and deep relationships within the real estate industry made this process so smooth, negotiating a super fair price for us with our next home without any hassle at all!
