Jen was a great agent to work with as she made the whole process flow smooth as silk. She went the extra steps to add small details that really made the property sharp and beautiful. The pictures for the sale made me regret selling as the house looked brand new and amazing. Her knowledge of local contractors and inspectors to finalize the house for sale were great and easy to work with while not breaking the bank. We sold during the fall, when sales are slower but Jen generated a lot of interest with open house events and was monitoring local sales activity to ensure we had wide promotion and coverage by other realtors. Jen is professional, friendly, extremely responsive and highly knowledgeable, especially regarding the market in our neighborhood and town area. I highly recommend and have great faith in Jen’s ability and skill to sell you home or find you a great new house. Truly, she does a fantastic job and you will not regret hiring her for your real estate needs.

Jen was fantastic! Selling a house is always stressful, but Jen was on top of everything and kept whole the process smooth and straightforward. From handling staging and photos, to providing tips to help us succeed. Her knowledge of the area was one of our deciding factors to work with her, and even during a tough seller's market we sold within a week at full price. Going above and beyond, our buyers locked themselves out while moving in, and Jen not only found a locksmith, but covered the expense of helping them get back inside. She didn't have to do that, but that's the kind of person she is.

Jen Brooks recently helped us with the sale of our Fox Hollow home in Duvall. It’s easy to say that she did a fantastic job and hard to describe everything that she did to make our sale so easy. The sale was flawless and completed in less than the 23 hours after it was posted on the market! We remain convinced that this was due in large part to Jen and her planning. She is obviously extremely knowledgeable of the Duvall market. This, combined with her excellent skills in staging our home and then presentation in the market were key factors in selling our home just as we had hoped.
