Jen did an amazing in job guiding us through the process of both buying and selling! We moved over from the UK so had limited knowledge of the US market but with Jen’s help she made the process straightforward and as stress free as possible. She is so friendly and approachable and we had excellent communication throughout. She was able to answer all our questions and help us every step of the way. We would definitely love to work with her in the future. She gave great advice and we really trusted her.

From our first meeting, she guided us through the process of preparing our home for sale, connected us with resources for that preparation, created a comprehensive marketing plan, and helped us strategically price the home to meet our goals. With Jen’s assistance, we were able to sell our home within four days of listing, for above asking price. All along the journey, Jen gave us encouragement, attention, guidance, and personal support. If you are selling / buying a home in or around Seattle area, and you don't know where to start, then ask Jen. If you don't know if the price is right, then ask Jen. If you don't know how to stage your house for the sale, then ask Jen. If you need a quick fix before selling and need a contact for contractors, the ask Jen. If you don't know what the opposite agent / lenders / escrow are asking you, then ask Jen. Basically, Jen knows it all. Just ask Jen. We throughly benefited working with her to sell our house in Duvall, WA. She went above and beyond to help us and was always available to answer any questions we had. Very strongly recommend her.

Jen is simply marvelous! We were first time home sellers and were sure of only one thing. We needed an agent with local expertise (Duvall) and Jen came highly recommended in our searches. In our first meeting, she promised us she will work really hard to sell our home and she kept her promise. She is an agent & interior decorator all rolled into one and we were so excited with the way our house was presented. Her 'address book' of contractors is coveted and they made our lives so much easier in getting ready to sell. She nudged us to get into the market early and kept us patient while she worked her contacts to get us the best deal in a just about slowing market. She helped us achieve our goals and is our go to realtor for the future.

Jen is incredibly dedicated to what she does. Not only is she enjoyable to work with, friendly and trustworthy, she also has grit and tough negotiation skills. Perfect qualities for a realtor. She’s an expert in the Duvall area and is very well connected. Will definitely do business with her again.
