My husband and I are so glad we decided to use Jen to sell our house in Duvall. We chose her because of her knowledge of the local market and her good reviews. We were not disappointed! Jen helped us get our house looking great and that was reflected in the pictures her photographer captured. Jen was right on the nose for pricing our house and she really helped our expectations on a realistic timeline. Jen was amazing at helping me sell my home in Duvall. The timing was tricky due to the housing market and the particulars (huge yard - wet in Spring - smaller house with no garage) and she supported us every step of the way, providing counsel, input, design elements/suggestions, pricing feedback and even emotional support! Jen was FABULOUS to work with! She went above and beyond our expectations and impressed up on so many different levels. We moved shortly after listing and Jen took time out of her busy schedule to keep our house looking nice by watering, vacuuming, dusting etc.!
