Jeff was extremely helpful with our first home purchase. He was able to provide a variety of homes for us to look at and narrow down what was important to us. Without his help I'm not sure we would have gotten the home that was right for us. I would highly recommend him to any first time home buyers.

I had approached Jeff to help me work on a rental following my divorce with the disclosure that I know rentals aren't high commissions and that I was okay if he passed me off to someone else. Jeff would not have any part of that, and treated me better than realtors when I bought my home years ago. He was always prompt, professional, and willing to help with whatever I needed. He lined up properties based on my specifications and got the deal done on the first try. I recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a realtor in WPB.

Excellent team to work with, Professional, very responsive and well knowledgeable. Our property sold in two and half weeks in the market and we just closed on the 30th of March. We will highly recommend them to our friends, neighbors or anyone who wants to sell or buy property.
