Jeff Fulchino was everything we could hope for in a Realtor. He provided a thorough electronic market analysis presentation on our home and educated us our the current state of the market before proceeding with the listing. Jeff was there for us right from the beginning. Returning calls and text messages promptly with his exceptional personal skills. His advice was always spot on. The more we worked with Jeff the more confidence we had that we were in good hands. I highly recommend that if you are in the need for a Realtor that you contact Jeff Fulchino!

Working with Jeff has always been a pleasure! He is very professional, knowledgeable and easy going! He helped us purchase our first house-made such a great impression and 4 years later helped us sell and buy our newest house. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to have as easy of a process as possible when it comes to buying a house. Thanks for all your help Jeff!!

Extremely knowledgeable, responsive and excellent communicator. We were able to close on the home within reasonable time and he was instrumental the entire process.. went alot smoother than anticipated. great experience??????

Jeff is awesome. Patient, honest and professional. Hands down best agent I've have the pleasure to work with. I've bought 2 homes with him and sold one. He found me my dream home and did everything in his power to make sure I got it. Absolutely great person and highly recommended!

Jeffrey Fulchino is the most professional and most detail oriented real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My girlfriend and I were in the market for a home and had no concrete idea of what we needed/wanted. Jeff took us to see several homes and on our first two outings he paid close attention to what we what we liked and what we did not. He casually asked us questions that got to the core of what we were looking for in a home. By our third visit with Jeff he presented us with three (!) condos that were absolutely perfect. All we had to do was pick one. If you are in the market for a home in CT and you want a stress free home selection / home buying process, Jeff is the man to see. We were first time home-buyers and Jeff made sure we knew what we had to do and what to expect at every step of the home-buying process. He is thoughtful, responsive, communicative and will get you into the home of your dreams. PS. Do yourself a favor and just go with any business partners Jeff recommends for the buying process. Everyone he recommends is just as professional as he is.
