Not good i called just to kindly ask a question and i didn’t given got to ask the question and the told me “i dont do rental” and i say sorry i did not know because the shelter gave me the list and he said “ the person who gave you the list tell them to take me out “ and i said sorry they just gave it to me because they said they give it to everyone so I did not called with bad intentions or anything i just called to confirm that he is a realtor.

We met Jeffery at an open house. Unlikely yet hopeful home owners. Within a year, with Jeff’s help and coaching, we were signing the paper on our new apartment. We feel very lucky to have come in contact with Jeff, as he paid attention to every detail of the process. We could not b home owners with out Jeff and very much recommend his life-changing services.

Jeff was with us 100% from the first time we met. Especially for first time home owners, buying an apartment in New York City can be a nerve racking and potentially heart breaking experience. Jeff gave us honest, no nonsense advice, went above and beyond to find a place that truly fit our needs and desires, and came through to help us find a home that is perfect for our family. We recently had the pleasure of working with Jeff Putterman for the sale of our apartment. In fact, 8 years ago, Jeff worked with us to purchase that very same apartment. Once again, Jeff was great to work with. Our apartment had an accepted offer very quickly, although we all knew the most challenging work was up ahead: the deal was very complex and not straightforward. Jeff was the perfect person for the job. His primary focus the entire time was to help us all complete the deal and see it across the finish line. Along the way, it required nuance after nuance to navigate the complicated situation. Jeff is skillful at that. He is a very effective and persuasive communicator. He is an extremely smart individual and his attention to detail and dedication for perfection -- not leaving anything to chance -- was instrumental. He remains someone who I like working with. Despite the stress inherently involved in real estate transactions (and ours in particular), he helped make this manageable, and at times, enjoyable. Jeff's knowledge of Jackson Heights real estate is thorough. When I run into Jeff in the neighborhood, we talk about the latest apartments or houses on the market. He knows his stuff. I would, without any reservation, recommend working with Jeff Putterman.

My husband and I, who live in Texas, wanted to move to Jackson Heights to be near our son, his wife, and their two-year old daughter, so we had very specific place constraints: we were looking to relocate within a few blocks of a particular Co-op. I surveyed the offerings on Street Easy, and thought it would be best to seek out a local buyer's agent, one who had an office in the area. I read reviews of a few agents, and Jeff Putterman sounded like an excellent choice, so we began a relationship by correspondence. I was immediately reassured by his understanding of exactly what we needed, his swift replies to my emails, and above all by his sense of humor: a must for me! As other reviewers have said, Jeff has an encyclopedic knowledge of the Co-op scene in Jackson Heights. He knows which are well run, which are in debt, which have reliable supers, which are likely to be difficult when it comes to the interview. By the time we were able to meet three months later, I felt pretty well prepared to do a lightning series of visits (we did not have much time), and decide on just one place. Jeff was very helpful throughout the stressful business of making offers and haggling with the sellers, and we emerged with what we think is a fair price and a delightful apartment. We then had to close at a distance, and there as well Jeff was ready with good advice and counsel, especially when I became irritated with some of the details of the process. We are now happily ensconced in our new place and busy being grandparents. Thank you to Jeff for helping us to get here!
