I would give Mario 6 stars if I could. He managed the entire sales process for me since I do not live in NY, and he went far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. Mario handled every issue that came up—emptying out the property, shoveling snow, making sure the heat was on, and taking care of countless day-to-day concerns without hesitation. Knowing he was on top of everything gave me complete peace of mind throughout the process. Mario was absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
