We purchased our home in Salida through Chuck and got a fabulous deal! Nearly 8 years later we sold that same house through Chuck during a particularly crazy real estate market. After our house went under contract, several challenging issues arose that threatened to nix the deal, but he remained calm, offered solid advise to get us through the hurdles and we closed the deal. We are grateful for his professionalism and tenacity, and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Chuck helped me find the perfect house to fit my very specific needs. He patiently arranged for and showed me lots of options while still accomidating my busy schedule. Chuck also helped negotiate a fair price and navigated me through some surprising details that arose with the property last minute. Chuck has an excellent team of resources and people at Colorado Mountain Realty that assisted on last minute notice to close the deal. He and his lovely wife welcomed me to beautiful Buena Vista with open arms and he even reached out to his connections to help me get settled in a short-term rental until the house of my dreams could close. This was an important factor so that I could start my new position as Town Administrator in a timely manner by the contracted date. I feel better knowing that Chuck Azzopardi is here assisting our community with making their dream homes a reality even in the face of a housing shortage!!!
