Barbara is amazing. She helped us find a great house and the perfect plot of land to build our dream house. Barbara represented us as a buyer's agent on a 2019 Condo purchase in Salida. We could not have been more pleased with her performance. We had looked at several lots in 2017. They didn't quiet suit me. This year however we found I think an ideal site. She was very helpful throughout the process of investigating the site, biding, getting a good deal, adding some important caveats to the contract thus protecting my interests, getting every single document the title company referenced and closing the deal. She was expeditious getting the bidding document together. No wasted time. When it came time to close, which was a bit earlier than the schedule, she was able to pull it all together. Could not have asked better service.
