We were searching for our first home in a competitive western suburb of the Twin Cities in 2024 when many homes were selling with multiple offers on the table. Jeff was great. He was available and helpful every step of the way. He helped us buy our new house, and prepare and sell our old house. He did a lot of open houses and used photo frame signs to point out different highlights and improvements made to our house. I highly recommend Jeff Nobleza.

On whim I was just browsing Zillow (window shopping) when I came upon a house that I was interested in seeing. Zillow connected me with Jeff and it was the best connection I could have asked for. I continued to work Jeff through the entire buying process. I didn't end up going with the house that originally peaked my interest for various reasons but Jeff continued to listen to what I was looking for and found us a home. He is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and professional. Jeff once told me that in finding a home, luck plays a small factor and we are so lucky we got to work with Jeff. I am so appreciative.
