Jay and Stacey were phenomenal in helping my husband and I buy our first house in Colorado! We did in a weekend what most normal people do in a month. Stacey took us to see 11 houses in 2 days and was very patient, friendly, and an expert with areas and resale information. Stacey is extremely efficient with scheduling and attending showings. Jay crafted the perfect deal for our needs. His calm demeanor on our intro call had me sold from our first chat! He has extensive knowledge of areas, taxes, and negotiation. We also rented from them as a property management group and they have been very responsive if any small thing came up and resolved it for us. The renting to buying experience has been a seamless experience. I would 100% recommend the Holland team to anyone looking to rent or buy in Colorado.

Jayson did a wonderful job helping my wife and me find a new place in Denver. The Holland Group as a whole were very professional, knowledgable, patient and personally interested in making sure we go the right place for us. Our process took sometime to find our perfect place and Jayson and his group were with us the entire time - we really felt as though they cared about our needs! I would highly recommend The Holland Group to any/all people looking for "partners" in the process of finding a new home in the Denver/Colorado market.

We were referred to The Holland Team through a friend and began our discussion with Jay from overseas a few months before our arrival. From that first, virtual meeting until we closed on our house, we found the team to be professional, competent, patient, helpful, and personal. We started our search in earnest when we arrived, and Jordan was always prompt and diligent in scheduling and giving us his informed opinion. I can't say enough about his willingness to go the extra mile and see our home search through. We had more than a few late phone calls and long discussions about the pros and cons of various houses and the market. We finally found the house we wanted and Jordan was pivotal to getting us across the finish line. We were treated like their most important client! We never felt like our concerns or wants were brushed aside, but Jordan always offered a valuable voice of reason where warranted. Highly recommend The Holland Team! The Holland Team has been very supportive and helpful throughout our home buying experience. As new buyers they provided a wealth of information from the start. The team was willing to take time out of their busy schedules no matter the day of the week to view homes and answer questions. As we communicated with them over our time together, they were very responsive. I would definitely recommend if anyone is looking to buy a home with an experienced and credible company, look no further. To Jay and the team, thank you for helping us find the right home!
