Wilton Belidor and his associate Carlos provided excellent service while we were hunting for our new home. It took several months for my home to sell and they were patient, professional and extremely helpful. Most realtors would have given up on us and moved on but they were with us every step of the way. Every question and every concern was addressed. if there were issues that Wilton wasn't sure of, he found the answer and got back to us as quickly as possible. After the sale was complete we discovered the previous owners left an attic full of bins and boxes. I called Wilton even though I wasn't sure if he would be willing to help. Wilton quickly swooped in and saved the day! He is now officially my Super Realtor!! Thank you Wilton for being a true professional. Wilton and his entire team made our investment home buying process smooth. As someone fairly new to Tampa, he took the time to really educate me on the area and markets in general within Tampa and the surrounding area. He ensured i had real time data on each neighborhood we visited and also took the time to point out nuances i perhaps would have overlooked on each home we visited. When we went to contract, Wilton was there every step of the way to ensure a smooth closing process.
